Weekend 4, Aug 2012 - @ Sweet Home

25th Aug 2012... This weekend we didn't go anywhere as we'd been going out

 everyday during the Raya holiday.  

Just snapped a few photos at home... and uploaded.

Suddenly, I asked my hubby to let dear Adene standing near the giraffe..... just wanna measure the height.  Look... she's 67 cm tall.

Weekend 3, Aug 2012 - To Metrojaya, The Curve

18th Aug 2012... Today I decided to upload weekend outing with my dear Adene as I realized I haven't been doing so all the while. 

Weekend 3 of Aug is Hari Raya and school holiday....my sister and nephew came to KL for holiday.  Well, of course I brought by dear Adene to join them.  I didn't manage to get photo of her during outing but I like the dress she wore.  The dress was bought by her daddy during business trip to Jakarta.  She looks cute in this photo, don't u think so?

Home Meal - Dragon Fruit Juice

27th Aug 2012... Lately I have no idea what type of fruits that I still can make for Adene.  Fruits like banana n mango are not suitable as it may cause lose motions.  I am not sure if pear really cause lose motions to my dear as she poo poo for 3X a day and its watery.  Mmmm...... maybe I will make her pear again few months later.

Yesterday I went to fruits stall and saw dragon fruits.  So I just got one.  After blend the dragon fruit, it was very watery though no water added.  Its more like a fruit juice.  Then, I let Adene taste a bit of the juice.... I think she feels weird  about the juice as she just blink and blink the eyes... but she still open the mouth when I gave her second round.

Still left half of the dragon fruits.  Hubby said he wants dragon fruit blended.  Here it goes.....

Clothes by Mama....

21th Aug 2012...   Lately, we used to bring Adene go outing most of the weekend.  I noticed my gal doesn't have much pretty clothes to wear.  Hence...   hubby and I plan to get some pretty clothes for  our gal.  

Yesterday, daddy bought few clothes for Adene... and today mummy went to KL Festival's bought few pairs of socks and clothes for Adene.  When I went to Oasis, I saw the sock or baby shoes with the sheep and hello kitty were so adorable.  It was so irresistible.... so I bought it.

Home Meal - Avocado Puree

21st Aug 2012... Today's home meal #006 is avocado puree.

Ingredient:  Avocado

Steps:  1. Wash and then peel of the skin.           

            2. Use a steamer to soften the avocado.  Pick the avocado to ensure it is soften.            
            3. Then blend it with my the mini blender.  
                
After completed, I try a bit of the puree.  Found it no taste at all.  Wonder if my dear would take it.  Even me also don't like it.

New Clothes From Daddy....

20th Aug 2012....  Recently my sisters from Penang is coming to KL.  We shop a lot at the Curve.  Daddy bought lots of beautiful clothes for my dear Adene.

19th Aug 2012... Today's home meal #005 is pear puree.

Ingredient:  Sweet Pear

Steps:  1. Wash and then peel of the skin.
           2. Use a steamer to soften the pear.  Pick the pear to ensure it is soften. 
           3. Then blend it with my the mini blender.  
                

After few hours my dear took the pear puree, she poo poo 3 times... and the poo poo was very messy.

Hence I stop the pear after 1 feed.  After 2 days, the poo poo is getting better somehow still bit messy.  I will stop all the homemade food feeding till she is totally recover.

16th Aug 2012... Today's home meal is carrot puree.

Steps:  1. Wash and then peel of the skin.
           2. Use a steamer to soften the carrot.  Pick the carrot to ensure it is soften. 
           3. This time I blend with my new mini blender.  
                

Bought another new blender.. this time mini blender.  Capacity is 400ml.  Well.... found the purees blended very smooth even in small portion.  Aiya..... I should had bought this one compare to previous one.  Anyway, can use earlier one to do mocha ice blended... Maybe will try out this weekend.

14th Aug 2012... Today's home meal is apple puree.

           2. Use a steamer to soften the apple.  Pick the apple to ensure it is soften. 
           3. This time I blend it. Found it a bit hard to blend as the portion made is little.

10th Aug 2012... As been planned, today's home meal is Pumpkin.  Well... think I am getting better in making purees as time taken is shorter.

           2. Use a steamer to soften the pumpkin.  Pick the pumpkin to ensure it is soften. 
           3. This time I mash it. Find it a lot easier and faster.

Online Purchase...

10th Aug 2012... Lately I had been frequently making online purchase.  Within 3 days, I received my goods from www.mydeal.com, www.mybbstore.com and www.thebabyloft.com.  These photos were snapped by my new camera....sharp???  Still need hands on a lot.

Finally... I got baby food storage....and I can proceed with my home meal plan.  As been scheduled, today's home meal #002 is pumpkin.

Canon EOS 1100D...

6th Aug 2012... Today I went to collect my gadget.... Canon DSLR EOS1100D.  Been looking forward to get 1 few months back but... it is too expensive.  Finally.....I can't hold any more ... so I just got 1 yesterday from www.mydeal.com.my which cos me RM1699 with camera body, lens, bag and screen protector.

Hopefully.... I will be able to get beautiful pictures of my dear, Adene.  Need to hand on more and more and more.....Think I still need to buy a camera protector cover... so when I go travel no need to bring the bag.

Home Meal-Japanese Sweet Potato

6th Aug 2012.... This afternoon I went to bought a blender.  Been searching in Tesco...and lastly bought one in a electrical shop opposite my house where I used to buy home appliance.  A blender which could blend ice too.... great... hope to make a coffee blended one day.

           2. Use a steamer to soften the sweet potato.  Pick the sweet potato to ensure it is soften. 
           3. Blend it till it is puree or mash it. 

First Tooth

Few weeks ago...my brother in law spotted my dear Adene with whitish teeth.....oooohhh.....2 lower teeth.


She looks cute...hehehe.. will try get a photo of her with 2 teeth.

Day 1 to Month 5

Lately... I am compiling photos of my dear Adene.  Looking back at those days... she had grown a lot... from a small size baby till today she is  6.5 months.  Life is great looking at her grown each day....life is hard when taking care of her during night time... life is just sleepless...

Sometimes... I was hoping life could be paused... and let me sleep thru the day and night without interruption....just like those old days.  Life is changing.....

Mom & Baby Expo

28th Jul 2012  Went to Mom & Baby Expo @MidValley and grabbed some daily stuff for Adene.

Mmmm....as usual every time we went to warehouse sale or baby expo... just spend too much... unexpectedly.  Eventually,  I was planning to get pampers, wet tissues, liquid detergent....however we  got extra.... baby food, toys & flash cards.  

I was instantly attracted to this booth when I saw Glenn Doman Maths Flash Card.  Also bought another type of flash card where it contains birds, animals, flowers and insects categories.  What I like most about the flash cards is the picture is real life.  Previous I got few flash cards... but the picture is just a drawing... which could not illustrate the real thing.

Since I got so many flash cards...I must really start making full use of it and plan out a schedule to educate my dear.

Bird Park....

21st Jul 2012 Last weekend, Hubby and I planned to bring Adene to Zoo.. however today its a sunny day.  Therefore, we change our mind and went to Bird Park as there are many trees and it wouldn't be that hot.  I think its been a long time I didn't go exercise as I felt so hot and tired during the trip.  

We went for lunch @hornbill restaurant....noticed there is a big hornbill, birds & monkeys hopping around the restaurant.... but they didn't catch my little Adene's eyes.  Anyway..... I think my dear is enjoying @Bird Park too.

Bento Stuff Collection...

Its been quite sometimes ago I had collecting bento stuff.  Just love it as it is so cute and adorable.  Wonder when I can use these tools and make cute food for Adene.   Sometimes, I used these tools to make cute food for my hubby...as I feel it makes the food looks prettier...Pretty to see, nice to eat...ohohohhooh

Full Moon Celebration....

13th Feb 2012  It was Adene's full moon celebration.  Still remembered it was a sweet moment where families & friends were here sending gifts, greetings and angpows.  The celebration was held at the event hall at level 3 and the catering was ordered last minute from www.uniqfullmoon.com.my.

At first we were so worried how much order to make as seems like not much friends are coming.  In the end, more than we expected.... think more than 80 people.  

Thanks to all my families, friends & colleagues for coming, gifts and angpows.
